Delivery policy
 
• The estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed.
• The delivery is free on all orders if over 40 EUR. If you have placed the order that is less than 40 EUR the delivery costs will be 7,70 EUR.

 

Forms of payment

• Prepayment presenting the copy of the order.
• Delay payment for the customers who have long-term cooperation agreement with Officeday. Further details about the agreement call +372

• Online via bank e-systems.

Worranties 

 
The warranties we are providing are the same the manufacturies are providing. The products that have the manufactorier warranty are sold with warranty statement pass, which provides information on security conditions.

Product exchange policy

If you do not like the product, you can return or replace it 5 days after the purchase. You have to show all purchase documents, the product has to be without damages in original packaging.
